Software Sales and Support Engineer is responsible for solving post-sales technical issues and commercial enquiries in pre-sales phase. You are required to prepare and give presentations to demonstrate our solutions for customers. You will generate marketing and sales tools to drive direct sales revenue, working to a promotional monthly calendar which you will manage.

  1. Delivers technical support for software applications
  2. Create new knowledge base articles together with the technical team
  3. Assist in the training of our software users
  4. Monitor data center applications
  5. Perform daily systems and applications availability checks
  6. Maintain up-to-date product technical specifications
  7. Monitor relevant market developments and generate new sales
  8. Actively keep your knowledge about our market up to date


Job requirements


The Engineer must possess:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor???s Degree in Civil engineering preferably with 2+years working experience in construction related field desired
  2. Some experience in a sales support position in a technical business environment, preferably in geo-science or civil engineering
  3. Exceptionally strong technical trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Debugging and analytical skills
  5. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Excellent presentation skills
  7. Proactive, self-starter with a good sense of responsibility
  8. Willing to travel overseas
  9. Proficient, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Chinese
