Software Sales and Support Engineer is responsible for solving post-sales technical issues and commercial enquiries in pre-sales phase. You are required to prepare and give presentations to demonstrate our solutions for customers. You will generate marketing and sales tools to drive direct sales revenue, working to a promotional monthly calendar which you will manage.

Job requirements
The Engineer must possess:
- Diploma/Bachelor???s Degree in Civil engineering preferably with 2+years working experience in construction related field desired
 - Some experience in a sales support position in a technical business environment, preferably in geo-science or civil engineering
 - Exceptionally strong technical trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
 - Debugging and analytical skills
 - Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
 - Excellent presentation skills
 - Proactive, self-starter with a good sense of responsibility
 - Willing to travel overseas
 - Proficient, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Chinese
