Software Sales and Support Engineer is responsible for solving post-sales technical issues and commercial enquiries in pre-sales phase. You are required to prepare and give presentations to demonstrate our solutions for customers. You will generate marketing and sales tools to drive direct sales revenue, working to a promotional monthly calendar which you will manage.<\/p>\n

  1. Delivers technical support for software applications<\/li>\n
  2. Create new knowledge base articles together with the technical team<\/li>\n
  3. Assist in the training of our software users<\/li>\n
  4. Monitor data center applications<\/li>\n
  5. Perform daily systems and applications availability checks<\/li>\n
  6. Maintain up-to-date product technical specifications<\/li>\n
  7. Monitor relevant market developments and generate new sales<\/li>\n
  8. Actively keep your knowledge about our market up to date<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Job requirements<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The Engineer must possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Diploma\/Bachelor???s Degree in Civil engineering preferably with 2+years working experience in construction related field desired<\/li>\n
    2. Some experience in a sales support position in a technical business environment, preferably in geo-science or civil engineering<\/li>\n
    3. Exceptionally strong technical trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    4. Debugging and analytical skills<\/li>\n
    5. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    6. Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n
    7. Proactive, self-starter with a good sense of responsibility<\/li>\n
    8. Willing to travel overseas<\/li>\n
    9. Proficient, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Chinese<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
